MARKET GARDENING

Our market garden areas and greenhouses are dedicated to the production of organic field vegetables. Our partners, Grounded Acres with help from PBC employees, grow a plethora of goodies. And, our veggies from our Community Garden at DEMETER’S ROW go directly into our food served onsite!
